"Good products, sloooow support"
I really do like nulo products, but the customer service was frustrating. I reached out about an issue with my order and it took daaaays to get a response. When they finally replied, it didn’t really answer my question, so I had to follow up again and wait even longer. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience ever, but for the price, I definitely expected quicker help. It kinda makes me unsure about ordering directly from them again.

"Late delivery with barely any communication"
My order ended up arriving later than expected, which was frustrating. What bothered me more was that I didn’t really get any meaningful updates along the way, so I was just left guessing when it would show up. Delays happen, but a little better communication would’ve made the whole experience feel a lot less annoying

"My dog is 100% sticking with this food"
I checked the ingredients before buying, this looked way better than almost everything else I saw. No weird fillers, nothing that made me second-guess it, and my dog absolutely eats it like it’s the best thing on earth. We’ve been using Nulo for a few months now, and I’m completely convinced his coat looks nicer too. I’m not even looking around anymore, this is the one

"I switched my dog over to Nulo and…"
I switched my dog over to Nulo and after about a week I started noticing his stool was getting firmer. It’s still a little soft some mornings, but it’s way better than it was before. Compared to the food he was on before, it’s just... yeah, definitely an improvement

"Felt like the site made things harder than it needed to"
Using the site was kind of frustrating. The pages took longer to load than I expected, and the menus weren’t very clear. At times it almost felt like they didn’t really want me to find what I was looking for too quickly, which made the whole experience more annoying than it should’ve been...

"Noticed a Difference Fast"
I made the switch and pretty much right away thought, yep, this is working. My dog has way more energy now, and I haven’t had any issues with it. No complaints from me.

"Seems okay so far"

"Pleasantly Surprised by the Difference"

"My dog’s skin and coat are doing so much better"
I switched my dog over to Nulo a couple months ago, i’m impressed. His skin used to get really flaky, and he was always scratching, especially around his belly. Since making the change, the scratching has calmed down a lot, and his coat feels softer with a nice healthy shine that doesn’t look greasy. Ordering from nulo.com was simple, and the food arrived with no issues. Overall, I feel like this was a really good switch for him, and I’d definitely keep buying it.

"My picky cat actually loves it!!"
I’ve been really happy with nulo’s cat food options!! My cat is super picky, but she actually eats the wet food, which is a huge win. I also love that there are different flavors to switch between so she doesn’t get bored. Ordering was simple and smooth too, so no complaints from me!

"Not Worth the Hassle"
I was really hoping my dog would like these, especially for the price, but he barely touched them. They also had this weird smell that made me question the quality right away. I ended up having to keep trying to mix them with other food just to get him interested, which felt like way too much effort for something that should’ve been simple.

"Return was way easier than I expected"
I accidentally ordered the wrong food and needed to send it back. I kinda figured it was gonna be a whole hassle, but nope, it actually went smooth. Support got back to me fast, told me exactly what to do, and the refund showed up a few days later. No annoying back and forth or weird excuses or anything. i really appreciate when a company doesn’t make returns a pain.

My dog really likes this, which is always a good sign because he can be picky with the new stuff. I also checked with vet and they said it was fine, so that made me feel better about giving it to him.

"I’ve been getting Nulo wet food for…"
I’ve been getting Nulo wet food for my cat for a few months now, the quality seems REALLY good. It doesn’t have that weird canned food smell that some brands do, and my cat actually finishes most of it, which is saying a lot because she’s picky. I’m giving it 4 stars only because it’s a little pricey, and one time a few of the cans showed up slightly dented. Other than that, I’m happy with it and I’ll keep ordering.

"Good food and an easy buying experience"
I’ve been getting the nulo grain-free food for my dog, it’s been working really well for him. Every dog is different, so I wouldn’t say it’s automatically the perfect fit for everyone, but for my pup it’s been a good choice. The site was easy to use, I found what I needed without any hassle, and the shipping went just fine. No real complaints from me, I’m just happy he likes it and seems to do well on it.

"Good protein, just a little pricey"
I picked up Nulo mainly because the protein seemed higher than a lot of other pet foods I’d looked at. My dog seems to stay full longer on it, and his coat looks good too, so I’m definitely happy with that part.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is the price, and sometimes the flavors we like are out of stock. Still, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for a higher-protein food
